What is PRP
The PRP is an autologous treatment which includes a simple blood sampling from the patient. Then the test tube (with the sample inside) is inserted inside a medical centrifuge for about 15 minutes. When the PRP is ready, the doctor injects the solution onto the scalp.
The PRP treatment is performed on the same day of the hair transplant operation to speed up the healing process and first re-growth. PRP helps to reduce hair relapse and promotes hair regrowth and thickening.
